How do I install the WooCommerce plugin?
Download the plugin zip from your dashboard, then go to WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Activate it, then go to Checkout Clout → Connect and paste your API key.
How do I install the Shopify app?
From your Checkout Clout dashboard, select the Shopify tab in Quick Setup and follow the install link. After installing, go to your Shopify Admin → Settings → Checkout → Customize to add the Checkout Clout block.
Why are my credits not being deducted?
Credits are only deducted when a customer submits a social handle at checkout. If no handle is submitted, no credit is used. Check that the checkout widget is visible and properly configured.
Why is a lead showing 0 followers?
This usually means the account is private, very new, or the handle was entered incorrectly. Private accounts cannot be scraped from public search results.
My outreach email is not sending. What should I check?
Make sure you have filled in the From name and Reply-to email in the Email Outreach settings and saved. Also ensure you have credits remaining on your account.
How do I request deletion of customer data?
You can delete individual leads from your leads dashboard at any time. For full account data deletion, email us at hi@checkoutclout.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
